PressboxPools, UI/UX Designer, Jun 2023. Vancouver, BC
A website project that caters to hockey enthusiasts' passion for fantasy hockey with several features meant to immerse users in the sport they love.
-Shift the website’s overall design to a more intuitive and visually appealing user interface.
Coala, UX Designer, Jan 2023. Vancouver, BC
An app that helps coaches of children track their students' progress and evaluate them easily.
-Planned the UX research by arranging feedback sessions with specialists, organizing and conducting usability tests, writing and proof-reading the text used in the app. Participated in the design of UI assets such as logo, UI kit, components and mockups. As a result, the app owns a very neat navigation logic and an engaging interface.
-The app’s user experience design has been finalized successfully.

An all-in-one scheduling and client management system for small and medium size businesses.
-Took charge of the project’s design strategy, which was key in order to manage time and resources effectively.
-Coordinated permanently with developers and with the Project Manager, resulting in a smooth team cooperation.
-Ensured that the app offers an easy to navigate and visually consistent user interface by encouraging an iterative design cycle.

Freelancer at Big Bang Comunicaciones (Oct 2021 - May 2022)
-Was in charge of managing the social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) of RENUSA, the agency’s main client. This included answering inquiries on posts and private messages, and following a schedule for promotional content. As a result, RENUSA’s engagement and number of followers consistently grew over the months.
-Daily content creation and copywriting, giving RENUSA its own brand voice and personality on social media.
-Prepared monthly reports about the social media performance of RENUSA for a more transparent update to our client.
Digital Marketing, Belmond Peru Management (May 2019- May 2020)
-Developed interesting, clear and relevant content about our Belmond products by combining the brand’s personality pillars and relevant images and footage of the properties, thus, encouraging a positive interaction with our audience across all online channels.
-Planned and arranged the visit of a renowned international influencer and photographer to Peru for staying at Belmond hotels in Cuzco and creating online content about the properties and the breathtaking landscapes. As a result, the hotels’ IG accounts considerably raised their key performance indicators.
-Coordinated and collaborated in the production of a promotional video for our summer rooftop evenings at Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel, in Lima. This campaign resulted in a 30% increase in the hotel’s Food & Beverage revenue.
