Just as a hospitable host greets guests with a warm smile and always attempts to make them feel comfortable, a good UX designer strives to create products that are easy to use and make users feel comfortable and valued. Both in a real environment or in a digital one, hospitality and UX design are about anticipating the needs of our customers and creating great experiences that will leave them feeling satisfied.
