Overview
Credence is a user-friendly platform that improves the CRM user experience by making it easier to search, gather, store, and categorize clients’ information.
Client relation management can be one of the most difficult and time-consuming activities in our professional lives because it involves several steps that can be too difficult to organize on our own, without the proper tools. Many people find themselves relying heavily on email communication and meeting notes to keep track of who they’ve been speaking to.
The Problem
In order to make sure our user expereince design was going in the right direction, we conducted 5 usability tests. Each participant was asked to rate the task difficulty level on a scale of 1 to 7 after each of the 8 different tasks (Single Ease Question Rating) and complete a 10-question questionnaire on the overall usuability after the whole user testing session (System Usability Scale Score).
UX Research
A challenging task when creating Credence was to design the most appropriate user flow for a CRM user of a small to medium size company. Our thought was that our features had to be straightforward and very well organized.
User Flow
After locking our user flow, we created the first wireframes for Credence. The main idea was to show a clear picture of how each feature was supposed to work.
Wireframes
Our solution was to create an all-in-one scheduling and client management system. A system that will make CRM easier and more practical for our users, with straightforward features that will speed-up every CRM-related task.
